Solar for Farms
In partnership with PVGEN, Aurivo is offering a turn-key Solar PV solution for your farm.
Installing Solar PV technology will help you to lower your electricity bills, reduce the carbon footprint of your farm and make your farm more sustainable. Through our Farm Solar initiative, we will be working with PVGEN to deliver a bespoke renewable solar energy solution to your family farm. This programme is open to all farming sectors and sizes.
KEY FEATURES INCLUDE:
- Grants: The application process for available TAMS/SEAI grants will be processed by the FarmSolar team on your behalf.
- Financing Solution: Aurivo has identified a number of financing options where you can access competitively priced finance.
- Smart Metering & Monitoring: As part of the package you will have access to a Smart App, which will enable you to monitor electricity generation and consumption in real time, as well as giving you the tools to identify where the significant energy users are on the farm.
- Solar PV: Solar PV Panels will generate free electricity for you to use on your family farm, if any electricity is exported to the grid you will be able to obtain a feed in tariff for each unit exported from your electricity supplier.
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:
- Register your by filling out the Expression of Interest form
- A member of the Farm Solar team at PVGEN will contact you for initial assessment
- A member of the Farm Solar team at PVGEN will visit your farm and complete a farm survey and design a bespoke solar solution for you
- You will sign required paperwork and pay deposit.
