Aurivo collaborates with Sligo County Council to Produce Video
An Grianan, Ireland’s largest organic farm, is profiled in a new video which tells the story of Aurivo cooperative’s Organic for Us milk brand. The project was part-funded by the Creative State North West partnership.
The Creative State North West is a public private partnership that is led by Sligo County Council working with the private sector, local authority partners in Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo and Roscommon and the Western Development Commission. It promotes cross sectoral integration working with private and local authorities across the North West region with appropriate public bodies in Ireland Northern Ireland and Scotland. The video was made by Belfast-based creative agency ‘Journey For’ for Aurivo Consumer Foods.
The 800-acre farm at Speenogue, Burt, Co Donegal is run by Ian and Emma Witherow and is the sole supplier of Aurivo’s organic milk for Organic for Us. The video shadows Ian and Emma as they manage their 500-cow high performing Friesian and Jersey herd. It shows the lush, clover pastures and gives a real insight into organic farming at its best.
Speaking about the video, Aurivo Brand Manager, Lydia Rogers said: “In commissioning the production of the video our aim was to bring the Organic for Us brand to life. Working with The Creative State North West and Journey For allowed us to tell the Organic for Us story in an engaging and creative way”.
