Head of Human Resources
A native of Strandhill, County Sligo, Lydia Mahon joined Aurivo in 2012 and held a number of roles in the co-op. In 2017, she took on the role of Head of Human Resources, following a period working in the US.
She has extensive experience in corporate communications, marketing and commercial management and has worked with national and international agri, equine, media and fmcg brands, and third level educational institutions.
She holds a first-class honours Bachelor of Business degree from IT Sligo and a Masters in Business Studies from Dublin City University, where she also tutored on an undergraduate degree course.
She has completed an Executive Development Programme in UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Following that, she commenced a Diploma in Employment Law with DIT and IBEC, and also successfully completed DIT’s Managing People Programme.
